Hello, the images did not come out well, that is because I took the photos in the bright sun.  I have taken them again and hopefully they are better to see now.

Well that's better except the second one down has a yellow background, the yellow was a brusho painted on the front after putting on the wax.

It was really annoying me that fact that I had published them and they were not right. So I hope you like them

Well you didn't think I only made two papers in the workshop, her are some more....

These have not come out so well and I have not learnt how to enhance them.  As you can see (or not) I like turquoise and all blues.  Will have to more on to another colour.

I shall be making more cards this Thursday so will  have something to post later.

What a lovely day it has been.

This is my second lesson from the lovely Linda.  We were learning techniques at the workshop using wax pastels, water-colour inks, brushos, and acrylic paints.  It is fine at the time to try out mixing all the different paints inks etc: ,harder to remember what I actually did.

Just like doing this blog really.

I do not think I have completed this in the way I was shown at least I have made another post.

It's me again my first homework assignment.

Today I am going to a workshop at Framincrafty at St Anne's Chapel  to make decorative papers, Your guess is as good as mine, if they turn out to be reasonable you might see them.

A Lesson Learned with Linda

Hello Everyone,

My friend Linda is sitting beside me helping me with my weak attempts at blogging.

I am not sure how consistent I am going to be at this it is all a mystery to me and I hope I remember and get better at this.  Honestly you would think I am 90 years old but I am not.

To test out adding photos, Linda has set me small tasks.

I made this card a while ago so I'm afraid it is just for looking at........

easter 2015

Now that April and Easter are here, the air feels different.  I want to go to the beach.  I want to garden, I even want to spring-clean.  Something must be wrong.  What shall I do first?  Yes, crafting wins.  I have some birthday cards to make along with thank you cards.  I shall do those first and will attempt to post them on this blog.
